What ages is Lil' Ninjas for?
Lil' Ninjas is for children ages 4 to 7. Classes build listening, self-control and following direction through structured repetition.
What should my child wear to class?
Comfortable athletic clothing that is easy to move in. Training is barefoot on the mats. Bring a water bottle.
How long is a Lil' Ninjas class?
Each class runs about 45 minutes: warm up, technique, drills and a structured cool down.
What happens at the first class?
Book a free preview class online or call us. Arrive 10 minutes early, and an instructor will meet you, walk you through the room and place you in a regular class alongside current students.
When are Lil' Ninjas classes held?
Monday through Thursday at 4:30 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. We are closed Friday and Sunday.
